Production Ops Privacy Policy

Production Ops is the internal hub for Awarded Goods staff and crew at awardedgoods.com/production-ops. It is not a public service. This page explains what it stores about the people who sign in.

Signing in

You sign in with a Google account. Google gives us your name, email address and profile photo. We store them so colleagues can see who posted, who is assigned to what, and which tools you have access to. Your email address is also the key to your permissions, which an Awarded Goods admin sets and can change. We do not use this information for anything else and we do not share it.

What the tools store

Message board. Your posts, replies, mentions and done/open marks, with your name and the time. Other signed-in members can see them. If you are mentioned or assigned, we may email you a short notification. You can turn those emails off in Settings.
Production budget. Shoots, expenses and who entered them. Receipt photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to read the merchant, date and total, then stored with the expense. Anthropic does not train on data sent through its API.
Client pipeline. Publicly available business contact information about prospective clients, gathered with research tools including Apify, and the proposals we write for them. Nothing here is sent to prospects automatically.
Contractor dashboard. Encrypted W-9 and invoice submissions from people who work with us. Only members with contractor access can open them, and every time a tax id is revealed the action is logged with your name.

Where it lives

Sign-in and the database run on Google Firebase. The site is hosted on Vercel. Notification emails go through Resend. Everything is encrypted in transit, and internal access requires a Google sign-in with a verified email.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time from the account menu. To have your account removed, or to see what is stored under your name, email hello@awardedgoods.com. Posts you wrote may be kept so the board stays readable for others.
