Awarded Goods

Online School Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026 · Awarded Goods LLC

The Awarded Goods Online School at awardedgoods.com/school-of-youtube turns public video lectures into courses with workbooks, quizzes and certificates. This page explains what it stores about learners.

Signing in

You can sign in with Google, or with an email address and a password you choose. Either way we store your name and email address. If you use a password, Google Firebase stores it in hashed form; we never see it. Password reset and verification emails come from Firebase on our behalf.

What we store while you learn

Lesson workbooks and quizzes are generated from the public video transcript using Anthropic's Claude API. No learner data is included in that process.

Certificates are verifiable

Each certificate has a public verification page so an employer or client can confirm it is genuine. That page shows the certificate id, the course, and your name. It does not show your email address or your scores.

Where it lives

Sign-in and the database run on Google Firebase. The site is hosted on Vercel. Everything is encrypted in transit. Course content is visible to any signed-in learner; your progress and results are visible only to you and to Awarded Goods admins.

Your choices

Sign out at any time from the account menu. To delete your account and progress, or to see what we hold about you, email hello@awardedgoods.com from the address you signed up with. Issued certificates can be withdrawn on request, after which the verification page will no longer resolve.

Children

The school is for adults. We do not knowingly accept learners under 16.

This page covers one tool. The full policy for everything Awarded Goods runs, including who processes data on our behalf and your rights, is at awardedgoods.com/privacy. Questions: hello@awardedgoods.com.
